The fine print for registered families.
Registration
Registration is confirmed once payment is received and a confirmation email has been sent. Spots are first-come, first-served and may be limited per age group to maintain coach-to-player ratios.
Player conduct
Players are expected to treat coaches, teammates, opponents, and AIS Vienna facilities with respect. Behaviour that compromises safety or the experience of other athletes may result in removal from the program.
Health & safety
Parents are responsible for disclosing medical conditions relevant to participation. In the event of injury, coaches will provide reasonable first aid and contact parents immediately.
Liability
WeSportsAcademy and its coaches are not liable for personal injury or property loss beyond what is covered by our program insurance and applicable Austrian law.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to registered parents by email.
