How we capture and use images of our players.
Why we take photos
Photos and short video clips help us share what makes our academy special — moments of effort, teamwork, and growth — with current families, prospective players, and the wider Knights community.
Where they appear
Images may appear on our website, social media (Instagram), parent newsletters, and printed materials promoting future programs. We do not sell images and never publish player names alongside photos without explicit written permission.
Opting out
During registration you can opt your child out of all photography. Opt-outs apply across every program and every channel. To change your preference later, email info@wesportsacademy.com and we'll update your file before the next session.
Removal requests
If a published photo includes your child and you'd like it removed, contact us and we'll take it down from our channels within 7 days.
