The conditions that apply to registration and participation.
General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all registrations made through WeSports Academy.
Submitting a registration constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Registration
Registrations are confirmed only after:
- Submission of the registration form
- Successful payment
Places are allocated on a first-paid, first-served basis.
Payments
Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
Full payment is required to reserve a participant's place unless otherwise stated.
Participant Behaviour
Participants are expected to:
- Respect coaches, staff and fellow participants
- Follow all safety instructions
- Respect facilities and equipment
Repeated or serious misconduct may result in removal from the programme without refund.
Medical Information
Parents are responsible for providing accurate:
- Medical information
- Allergy information
- Dietary requirements
- Emergency contact details
Photography
Photographs and videos are used only where parental consent has been provided during registration.
Programme Changes
P&I WeSports OG reserves the right to modify:
- schedules
- coaches
- venues
- activities
Liability
Reasonable care is taken at all times.
Participation in sporting activities involves inherent risks.
Participants take part at their own risk except where liability cannot legally be excluded under Austrian law.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Austrian law.
Jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
