CAMP PARTICIPATION & CANCELLATION POLICY

Camp places are confirmed only after payment has been received.

More than 28 days before camp

100% refund

14–28 days before camp

50% refund

Less than 14 days before camp

No refund, unless exceptional circumstances are approved by P&I WeSports OG.

If WeSports Academy cancels a programme, participants will receive either:

• a full refund, or
• the opportunity to transfer to another programme.

If a participant becomes ill before camp, parents should contact us immediately.

Refunds or credits will be considered individually but are not guaranteed.

Participants who repeatedly disrupt camp activities or violate safety rules may be removed from the programme without refund.

Parents authorise WeSports Academy staff to seek emergency medical treatment if necessary.

Parents will be contacted immediately whenever possible.

Participants are responsible for their personal belongings.

WeSports Academy accepts no responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen items.

Outdoor activities may be modified due to weather conditions.

Alternative indoor activities will be provided whenever possible.
