REFUND POLICY

Full refunds are available up to 14 days before the first scheduled session. Cancel by emailing info@wesportsacademy.com — your card will be refunded within 5 business days.

Once a program has started, registrations are non-refundable. If a player must withdraw for documented medical or family reasons, we offer credit equal to the pro-rated unused portion, valid for 12 months against any future WeSportsAcademy program.

If we cancel a full program before it begins, you receive a full refund automatically. If a single session is cancelled by us, we reschedule it whenever possible or credit the missed session toward your next registration.

Holiday and summer camp refunds follow the same 14-day rule. Withdrawals inside 14 days receive 50% credit toward another camp week, subject to availability.
