When you register a player, we collect the parent's name, email, phone, the player's name, date of birth, and medical notes relevant to safe participation. Payment data is processed by Stripe and never stored on our servers.

We use this information only to operate our programs: confirming registrations, contacting parents about schedule changes, and ensuring coaches have the medical context they need.

We never sell your data. We share information only with our coaching staff and, where strictly necessary, with AIS Vienna facility staff.

You can request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or request deletion at any time by emailing info@wesportsacademy.com.
